Follow the Yukon Quest 2012
The Yukon Quest 2012 will start in Fairbanks. For everyone interested in that great race,
in meeting the mushers, get an impression of the routine at the checkpoints and the excitement at the end we offer this exclusive trip. In addition, you will get a chance to do some mushing yourself.

Tour description
Included in the tour:
- "Taste of Yukon" dinner at the beginning of the trip
- Transfer to town, town day and Finish Banquet
- Introduction to sled-dogs and mushing
- Well-trained, certified guide and a team of 6-8 friendly huskies
- Winter gear (snowpants, parkas, mitts, warm boots)
- Full-day mushing trip
- View progress of the teams at Carmacks and Braeburn checkpoints
- Quest finish viewing
- Any "meet the mushers" event at the end of the race and the Finish Banquet
- All accomodation at Muktuk and 4 nights in hotels (more nights available at additional cost)
- Fine home-cooked meals while on the Muktuk Ranch
- Ground transportation
not included:
- meals during the checkpoint viewings
- admission to the Finish Banquet ($75 canadian, including fine all-you-can-eat buffet)

Payment and cancellation policy:
Non-refundable reservation fee at time of booking - 20 %
Payment of remainder 45 days before departure of trip
Cancellation 45 -21 days in advance - 50 % refund (less reservation fee)
Cancellation less than 21 days in advance - no refund
In case of cancellation all payments are transferable for up to one year.
