The relationships and teamwork that develops with a dog team offer intriguing insights into relationships and teamwork in other cultural and social settings. The skills Frank has learned and honed from working with his dog teams are the same skills that make other teams successful. Frank's stories from the train provide a different perspective in viewing and approaching situations.

 

Frank's program combines viusal imagery and narrative from his various experiences working with his sled dog teams. He also brings along one of his 'team mates' (a Yukon Quest dog).

 

The Focus is on innovative and practical team building exercises. The program is interactive and fun, so there is usually a higher retention of the core elements. Learning occurs by osmosis. Keynotes can be delivered anywhere in Canada and internationally.
