Summer Tours and Yukon BBQ

 

From May to September you can join one of our educational tours and/or enjoy a BBQ dinner with us. Yukon Quest veteran Frank Turner leads our tours or when he's not available one of our other permanent staff.

 

Our most popular summer tour is the Matinee Tour.

 

If English isn't your first language we often have staff working with us from other countries who may be able to lead a tour in your preferred language.

 

Note: Adult prices quoted, inclusive of GST. Reduced rates available for children. Prices are subject to change.

 

  • Self-Guided Tour

Description of the tour:

 

For all dog lovers. A good option if you don't have too much time.

 

Included in the tour:

 

* After some initial guidance from our staff you can spend time looking around our property and visiting our dogs and puppies

Description of the tour:

 

For all dog lovers. A good option if you don't have too much time, but would like to learn a bit about dog-sledding and life in the Yukon from one of our staff.

* Lots of free time with the dogs and puppies

An in-depth introduction to sled-dogs, the Yukon Quest and our Yukon lifestyle.

 

This tour starts at 1pm daily and takes about 3 hours.
